Animation whether 2D or 3D is an integral part of medical illustration. In this gallery we showcase examples of our work in 3D animated medical illustration. We create fully customized 3D animated projects for Medical Schools, Pharmaceutical Companies and Individual Physicians

Ultra-Structure

This animation of the 3D modeled mitochondria shows the internal structure. It is an example of 3D medical illustration.

Intended for:

  • Educational institutes: medical schools, biology classes.
  • Pharmaceutical companies: to demonstrate the mechanism of action of pharmaceutical products such as medications and vaccines.

Surgical Concepts

The 3D animations herein depicts the difference between two surgical approaches used for correction of a curved phallus. The first describes the classic “shortening technique” and the next describes the “rotation technique”

Intended for:

Physicians: For conference presentations and scientific publiucations

Publishers: Offering a medical illustration service to authors and delegating the medical illustration service to our team.

PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS

This is an illustration of a surgical tool recently invented and patented.

Intended for

  • Pharmaceutical industry and manufacturers
  • Physicians / Inventors

EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS

This MITOCHONDRIA PROJECT is an example of projects targeted to medical education. This work is an integrated approach to the topic in 3D-animated medical illustration going through the following sections :

  • Medical illustration of mitochondria orientation within the human cell, and the process of motion, fusion and devision
  • Medical illustration of the structure of mitochondria
  • Medical illustration of the mitochondrial membrane and the enzymes involved in ATP synthesis
  • The enzymes are then replaced with familiar non-human objects to simplify the concept and ensure the medical student remembers it
  • Medical illustration of mitochondrial cytopathy showing the clinical manifestations on the human body (integrated clinical approach)

How to Start ?

For Animated Medical Illustration and 3D Printed Models

For animated projects whether 2D or 3D, 3D printed models and more complex assignments, book an appointment for an online video call to discuss the details (USD 50 for up to 45 minutes)

Have the following ready:

  • The basic concept
  • Reference images if present
  • Links to reference videos if available
  • Prior similar work if applicable
  • For videos, have a preliminary scenario of scenes/events
